Chicken Gold Camp and Outpost

Chicken sits at the edge of the Fortymile country, and the camp keeps the tradition alive two ways. Panning at the campground troughs is free, with pans supplied and paydirt from their own Lost Chicken Mine operation. For a fee you can take a pan, hand sluice, highbanker, metal detector or a suction dredge of 2.5 inches or less onto their Myers Fork Creek claims, using your own equipment or theirs. Whatever you find is yours.
